Common Juju errors and their solutions

These address some common errors I've run into and their workarounds.

Several applications will be in a blocked state with their agent status listed as 'failed'.

$ juju switch controller
$ juju ssh 0

$ ps -ef |grep jujud
$ kill <pid>

$ ps -ef |grep jujud

$ juju switch default

$ juju status
